Hello,
I have a problem with a registered package number RG117106723CY that arrived in France on 19/06/2017 from Cyprus, LARNACA O/E AIR 6911
This package is stuck at ROISSY HUB BSCC PIC 93
I do not know what to do to retrieve my package

    If it's not too personal, what did this package from Cyprus contain?
    It is important to keep in mind that packages from abroad may go through "Customs" and in the case of counterfeit products, they can simply be destroyed without further ado.

    Hello

    The importation of certain products of agricultural origin is either prohibited or allowed 'under condition' (e.g. Health Certificate required). The customs officer may have considered that lentils are part of the exclusions (or he confused them with something else...).

    This resulted in a tragic destruction (the recipient is not informed...)

    You will receive no specific information about the fate of your package from Customs, which has other fish to fry...

      We don't know any more.. The package seems to have disappeared.. And neither customs nor the carrier will give you any information.

      But a miracle is always possible.. Sometimes (=rarely), lost packages reappear out of nowhere after weeks of absence.
