    Hello,

    VLC is a "Media player," in other words, a media player... It is not the one that downloads the file in principle.

    The file that VLC reads must either have been downloaded from the Internet or saved to the hard drive and then opened; it is enough to copy the file from the hard drive to the USB stick by using the right-click and the "copy" function, and then "paste" it onto the USB stick.
