Xpress 2017 and pdf

Good evening,
I am trying to create a PDF in Xpress and I receive this message: Diag_InitAdrsMoteur() has not been called! 3 buttons appear: debug, abort, ignore; this doesn't make sense to me as I'm not a computer expert.
Thank you for replying, I am currently in the middle of production and very very very annoyed.

    Do you use Xpress's PDF conversion engine? (File menu/Export/Layout to PDF)

      Ah ... on a un MAC...

      I think the MAC has a problem with the print settings.. Try: close Xpress, change the default printer and relaunch Xpress... (no guarantee)
