Bonjour je suis nouveau sur ce forum et je rencontre depuis des jours un probleme sur mon ordinateur et sur internet on le nomme le Blue Screen.
Apres avoir fouine sur internet j'ai recu des infos concernant le loiciel whocrashed.
le rapport du Whocrashed est le suivant :
Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump
Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.
On Sat 22/07/2017 13:52:19 your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntdll_77140000.sys (ntdll_77140000!NtDeviceIoControlFile+0x15)
Bugcheck code: 0x19 (0x20, 0xFFFFFA8007DA4130, 0xFFFFFA8007DA4150, 0x4020013)
Error: BAD_POOL_HEADER
Bug check description: This indicates that a pool header is corrupt.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules. This problem might also be caused because of overheating (thermal issue).
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: ntdll_77140000.sys .

Je n'arrive a ne rien comprendre. S'il vous plait aidez moi a remedier a ce probleme.
Au fait le probleme du BlueScreen est apparu suite a une installation du logiciel Matlab qui a d'ailleurs echoue.
