Sounds super loud when I start my hoverboard!

Hello! I received my hoverboard with Bluetooth and built-in remote control, but the problem is that when I turn on my hoverboard, it makes a loud sound indicating that Bluetooth is connected.
How can I disable the sound?

    Hi,
    I don't think we can disable it, I tried without success, mine did that too.

      By default, when you turn it off, it resets...
      So I don't have a solution, maybe there is one but I'm not aware of it, sorry...
