I have a Dymo Letratag that I've had for 2 years, and for the past few days, I haven't been able to print my labels. After creating the label and pressing print, I get an error message that says "TAPE JARN." I don't know what to do, especially since the customer service number for DYMO is always busy. Can someone help me or provide a valid phone number for customer service? Thank you for your help, and have a great day.
