Hello or Good evening,
I really need help..
I have been using Avast for a very long time but a problem has occurred, plus it's the first time...
Avast blocks all Internet access; when I disable the "Web Shield" component, everything works again.
But every time I want to either play or go online, I have to disable it...
Could you please help me?

Hello,
Try this: launch Avast > settings (small wheel) > components > web shield > stop permanently.

Uninstall Avast with this " https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility " then reinstall it and don’t forget to uncheck the optional offer for “the FREE Chrome web browser” during installation ...
