Hello, I am looking for the screws to mount my wall bracket to my Samsung LED TV UE32M5575AU. I haven't found anything online or on the Samsung website either. Thank you for your help.

Hello,

If I'm not mistaken, these screws are included with the TV, you should check the TV box.

As far as I'm concerned, that's the case with my Sony, the screws for a wall mount were included and there were 4 of them.

I know it's a bit late, but I wanted to point out that no fixing screws were delivered with the TV at Samsung...
I improvised (sawed + washers) screws that I bought at Casto

As Stargate43 mentioned, did you check the bottom of the box of your Samsung TV before throwing it away?

Because in my case, the screws were indeed present in the box of my Panasonic TV, and there were six of them...

Yes, I really think I need to change brands; SAMSUNG has been disappointing me more and more in recent years, the price/quality ratio is extremely disappointing.
All these multinationals that sell their products with manuals in 15 languages! There are only a few pages in French and 2 lines on wall mounting, I really feel like bringing their TV back and turning to SONY or PANASONIC.
To be honest, I would have preferred to buy French, but I'm not sure who to turn to...

I don't know which country you're in, but I found the mounting screws at my supplier in Canada. If you need them, I can get them for you.

Actually... it’s just standard hardware... M4/5/6/8 that can be found almost everywhere... the problem is the length..
Moreover, in my opinion, the screws that hold the TV stand (which we will reuse before installing the wall mount).. should be suitable for the latter)

Hi there,

Indeed, in principle, the screws (usually supplied) that secure the base of the television also serve to attach the wall mount plate, this is the case for my Sony KDL-40BX400.

And for your information, the screws supplied with my Sony are M5 X 16mm, which are used for almost all Sony models.

Hi,

Well done to Samsung, even in the manual downloaded from their site, there is nothing regarding the possibility of mounting the TV on a wall bracket, a lot of blah blah about connectivity etc etc...

I hate this brand more and more, which doesn’t care about its customers!!!

And to top it all off, I bet that if we call them about this practical issue, they will say that we need to buy the wall bracket FROM Samsung along with the corresponding screws.

Sorry, but I’ll have to go to a store that sells wall brackets and make it clear to them that the screws to fix the TV to a potential bracket are not included in the TV packaging.
