Hello,
I use Windows Live Mail to manage 4 email addresses. Everything has always worked very well until I could no longer send emails from one of them. I am doing some cleanup including CCleaner. I can send 2 emails, no more. I then decide to uninstall and reinstall WLM. Using Revouninstaller. But it is not in the list of programs. It is nowhere on my PC. The icon in the launch bar has even become an unknown program, and it offers me to delete the shortcut. I try to reinstall it, either it reinstalls it and offers to open it then nothing happens, or it tells me that it is already installed. I was able to reinstall Windows Live Messenger but it is missing a dll file to open it. I wanted to delete all the keys using Regseeker but I no longer had any page displayed on firefox. Before proceeding any further, can you help me uninstall/reinstall WLM? I have been surfing a lot for a few days, I see that my problem is very common but I still can’t find a solution. Finally, I succeeded. I retrieved the folder from my daughter's PC: Program files (x86)/ Windows live/Installer/open the file wlarp.exe which offers Uninstall or Repair. I finally managed to uninstall and reinstall WLM, finding my 4 addresses intact (inbox, sent messages, etc...) Just the contacts had disappeared. I found them in the sent messages by creating categories for quicker access.
