Hello,
After browsing the web, suddenly I got a blue screen and this error message:
Error message: chrome.exe application error (0xc0000005) "the application failed to start correctly - click OK to close the app" unable to access the software, what is this about please
What should I do? thank you in advance

Hello,
Right-click on the "Chrome" icon => (properties) search for the target (file location), there you have the "Chrome" file rename it to "Chrome32.exe" or "Chome32" close and relaunch from the icon.
