7 zip installation problem

Hello,
I just acquired a new computer and wanted to download 7 zip.
I successfully downloaded it, but I have the impression that there is a problem with the installation. It doesn't show me anything, but when I try to extract a file, it doesn't appear. I don't understand anything; I never had this kind of issue with my old computer; I installed it very quickly.
Can someone please help me?

      Hello, and thank you. So it seems to be working, but I took the first download link from this forum!
      However, it asks me for a code when I want to decompress a file; I didn't have that with my old version. How does it work, please?

      Pour faire une capture d'écran, voici quelques méthodes selon votre appareil : 1. **Windows** : - Appuyez sur `PrtScn` pour capturer tout l'écran. - Appuyez sur `Alt` + `PrtScn` pour capturer seulement la fenêtre active. - Utilisez l'outil "Capture d'écran" pour des options supplémentaires. 2. **Mac** : - Appuyez sur `Command` + `Shift` + `3` pour capturer tout l'écran. - Appuyez sur `Command` + `Shift` + `4` pour sélectionner une partie de l'écran à capturer. 3. **Smartphone (Android)** : - Maintenez enfoncés simultanément les boutons `Power` et `Volume bas` jusqu'à ce que l'écran clignote. 4. **Smartphone (iPhone)** : - Pour les iPhones avec Face ID, appuyez sur `Power` et le bouton `Volume haut` en même temps. - Pour les iPhones avec un bouton Home, appuyez sur `Power` et le bouton `Home` simultanément.     In Cortana, type capture

    Then, post a new message (like I just did), not as a comment, and choose the last icon on the right at the top to post it.

    It is not 7-zip that you are trying to install in the screenshot; it is a movie archived in a password-protected rar archive.

    Find the password where you downloaded it. (the movie)

      Yes, with your link the installation worked and I wanted to decompress the movie but never mind, a file was downloaded along with the movie to find the code, I just realized it but it seems suspicious to me, doesn't it?

      Yes, it's crap, delete and forget the movie.

      We don't download movies into archives.

      A movie cannot be compressed more than it already is, there's no reason to archive it except to scam you with a password.
