Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys simultaneously on the keyboard. If this action does not work, right-click the Start button located in the lower-left corner of the screen, then select Task Manager.

If Task Manager is not flickering, an application is likely causing the issue.

If Task Manager is flickering, a display driver is likely causing the issue.

Do this test and let me know if you encounter any of these cases.

I just uninstalled an Adobe software after the scan and the flickering has stopped for now. I'll check again tomorrow, goodbye.

Yes, that's exactly it. I just had a Windows 10 update.

Three applications are known to cause screen flickering in Windows 10: Norton AV, iCloud, and IDT Audio. In most cases, updating the application or requesting an update from the application's manufacturer resolves the issue.

Try to update the programs.

Have you tried updating your graphics card?
Do you have an antivirus? Run a scan just in case.

How do we update this graphics card and I can't scan with Avast, the scan takes several hours.

Apparently, I have two graphics cards and it tells me that the best drivers are already installed and I am currently scanning.
