Which software to permanently delete duckduckgo

what is the truly effective software to remove DuckDuckGo that I can't manage to uninstall, thank you for your help

    No software is needed to remove a search engine; it can be done in your browser settings.

      But Duck Duck Go does not appear in my settings list...

      Hello

      On 25-05-2024 the answer is still valid; it's indeed in the browser that we remove it, and the Firefox help page is still there to disable the default search engine; if you navigate a bit, you also come across this page to uninstall it.

      Nothing malicious about search engines.

    Hello, thank you for this response, but DuckDuckGo does not appear in the "settings / installed programs" under Windows 11. Could this program be more sneaky?
