Strong Srt 7405 Boot Blockage

Hello,

Hello everyone. I'm still looking for help to unlock my Strong Srt 7405. Indeed, when I turn it on, there is a welcome screen on my TV, then a complete black screen and my Strong remains stuck on boot? And this is despite having restarted it several times?
Has anyone had the same problem? How can I unlock it? Thank you for your help.

        However, look beforehand in this forum, as this subject is related to Strong terminals (but the procedure for 7404 channel Ready Tntsat Astra, instead of Fransat Eutelsat 5) has already been the subject of a similar request.
