hi,
you're on forum informatic help, not at the mobile's client service. to have 4g internet you have to have a 4g mobile phone, an 4g subscription, a compatible simcard, and set you're phone with lte in prefered. maybe have to set the apn, but it depend on the phone company. I think you have to go to a company shop
