      Hello, thanks for your reply.

      Well, actually I can't access the PC, except through the command prompt in "repair the PC" mode (I make it crash on startup on purpose to access the commands), and so the netplwiz trick doesn't work :/ (I'm not sure if I was clear? ^^' )

      And if I'm not mistaken, there's no more administrator account, actually, I'd like the startup screen to offer me the choice between the "user" account with my half-sister's name and the admin account. But I haven't been able to create it ^^'

      So thanks in advance for the help! :)

      (Oh, I forgot to mention that it's impossible to recover the email address, the account is very old and abandoned, and we haven't managed to reset the password :/ )

        You can create a new user and make it an administrator.
        You need to use a Live CD.

        Otherwise, have you tried changing your sister's account password with the link I provided?
