Piercing noise
Solved
Good evening everyone,
I have had an LG television for a few years now and I have recently noticed a small high-pitched noise coming from behind the screen that lasts a few seconds when I change the channel, increase the volume by one notch, or simply press a function. This noise is subtle but annoying.
I am reaching out to see if there is a solution to eliminate this noise.
Thank you in advance for your responses.

Hello and welcome,
Try unplugging the power supply, wait a quarter of an hour and plug it back in.
If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory settings restore" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will need to redo the entire installation and settings.
If the problem persists, a component is faulty and you will need to contact a repair technician.

thank you for your quick response. I will try your solutions even though the noise is less noticeable today. I'll let you know in a few days.
