How to merge two accounts (with the same name)?

Hello*
I created a second account... This clearly was not the solution. So now, I want to merge these two accounts, since apparently a professional "page" was enough. The new account is useless... except for confusing those who inquire about my activity and are confronted with... Four choices.
Please let me know how to fix this. I cannot do it by clicking on the "merge" button.
Second point: I bought advertising on the wrong page.... It is empty. Is it possible to retrieve this budget (valid for another 14 days) and transfer it to the "correct" page? Who should I contact?
