Hello,
I moved into an apartment where the intercom never really worked (we could only open the door when it rang, but not respond).
For several weeks now, it doesn’t ring anymore at all.
It's a BTICINO TERRANEO 334202 which is no longer available.
So I bought a universal Captiv Urmet - Universal Post 5 Wires and 2 Wires but I couldn't manage to reconnect anything, and worse, we couldn't even open the door. However, I took pictures and noted down the wires.
I did try to find the same model but it costs 100 euros (vintage) and its replacement apparently doesn’t have the same numbers and I would like to avoid buying a second one for nothing :)
Can someone help me?
