PDF-XChange Viewer. Black corrections. Restore the program?

Hello,

I am using PDF-Xchange viewer. Probably due to a typing error, all the underlines, strikethrough texts, note bubbles, and boxes appear in black and are unreadable.
How can I restore the program? It's urgent. Thank you.

Hello

I managed to reproduce the situation, but I can't tell if it's the exact same case as yours, so I'm not sure what I'm going to tell you will work for you.
Edit menu, click on "Preferences".
In the "Categories" column, choose "Accessibility".
In "Document color options", uncheck the box "Replace document colors".

Thank you thank you thank you. My son works on a computer at school because he is dyslexic, and all his files were stained in certain areas. I followed your instructions and magic! Everything is fine. I am very grateful to you for this procedure.

Hello,

First of all, thank you for your reply.
I followed your advice and everything is back to normal.
Thank you so much because I'm working on a very important document and I don't know how to thank you. You have my email. Can you send me a postal address where I can send you a copy of the document upon publication?

Another thing: what do you recommend for reinstalling PDF-XChange viewer because I downloaded it from a specialized "computer" site and I've only had problems. The PDF-XChange viewer source site isn't great either. Thank you for your opinion.

Best regards

You're welcome.
Sorry, I don't have any tips for reinstalling PDF-XChange viewer. I've had mine for a few years, I've even forgotten where I found it.

Ok, thank you very much for your advice.
Everything has returned to normal.
I reinstalled PDX-XChange Viewer from the publisher's website.
No problem except that it seems difficult to uninstall the old version of Tracker Software PDF Viewer from the control panel.
I want to let you know, but you probably already know this, that I found a software from PateroLogic (PC Health Advisor) that seems effective for defragmentation and removing stubborn files from the control panel.
Best regards.
