PDF Xchange viewer: notes appear in black

Hello,
I have been using PDF Xchange for several years now and I love the interface that easily allows me to insert comments and highlight in several colors. However, since yesterday, all highlights and notes are appearing in black. How can I restore the program? Thank you.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 18.0

No, it's not the same problem at all :/
All my notes are appearing blacked out, I can no longer read them. And this happened overnight, in all my PDF documents. -

To update this software, it seems preferable to use "Live Update," which is the official update version (with very proper functionality) and is installed with the software.
