Hello,
I have two problems, my Windows 10 is rebooting in a loop. I followed some information I found on a blog to fix this issue.
It mentioned that this bug was due to an update and that to resolve it, I needed to remove ProfileList files that did not have a user listed.
The ProfileImagePath of each entry starts with S-1-5-21.
Apparently, I removed one that I was listed as a user.

Hello,
Start by accessing the advanced system recovery options using method 1 from this page: Windows advanced recovery options.
If you reach the window asking for passwords, if it’s before it freezes...
Turn off the computer twice during the Windows loading process.
It will enter repair mode, which will also grant access to the advanced system recovery options.
(If booting into the advanced recovery options is impossible, you need to create a USB drive to boot from, there's a link on the previous page for that).
From there, you can attempt to perform a system restore, using a date when everything worked fine.
If system restore is not possible, initiate a Windows reset; applications will be removed, but user data will remain untouched.
