Hello Emilight
In PowerPoint 2007
1)- insert a "Shape"
2)- Right-click and choose "save as picture"
3)- Delete the shape in PowerPoint
4)- Click on "Insert" > "Picture"
and look for the image (of the shape) obtained in 2)
5)- At the top right, the Format tab appears
6)- Click on "Format"
7)- At the top right in front of "Height" and "Width" the "Crop" tab appears
8)- Click on Crop and adjust the height and width as you wish.
Good luck and have a nice afternoon
