Conditional formatting percentage negative icons

Hello,
I am currently creating a Macro and I am stuck on conditional formatting with icons.
I would like to have:
- values above 20(%) with a green arrow;
- values between 20(%) and -20(%) with a yellow arrow;
- and values below -20(%) with a red arrow.
I've been stuck for two days because when I adjust the settings with these data, for example, a value of -34% gets a yellow arrow instead of red. Conversely, a value of -8% shows red.
Could you please help me? (Knowing that I don't really understand the codes)
