Hello,

I just bought a book on Google Play for 21 euros.

I'm reading it, I have no problem, but when I finish I would like to put the purchased .epub file on my computer but I don't know how to do it, I've tried everything and even once checked the "Downloads" box, there is no export option.

Unless we can't remove it from Google Play?

In that case, it's clear, I won't buy anything from them again.

Thank you

Thank you for the links, it worked.
I will explain for those who might come across this post:

To export a book from Google Play you need to:
• Download Adobe Digital Edition
• Go to Google Play (Play Store) on PC
• Go to the "Books" section at the top left
• In "My Books" at the top left
• Go to the purchased book, click on the "3 dots" below the cover
• Click on "Download EPUB file" or "Download PDF file"
• Downloading the file...
• To accept the license, open "Adobe Digital Edition"
• Accept everything, it should load
• Then the book opens in "Adobe Digital Edition"
• Transfer it to your phone, hard drive, tablet and you're done ツ

Great for PC... But does anyone have an idea for Mac? I've tried everything, but I can't "get" the book out of there!
Thanks!

Try right-clicking, then "Save as," and copy it into your documents. Afterwards, with something like Kindle, you can read it by converting it into their format or to Kindle format for tablet! When you read it, if you can click on "File" at the top, you might have the option to save? In any case, paying 21 euros is already too expensive for an ebook; that's the price of a paperback! They probably have a contact tab, so you should ask them how to do it. Good luck!

Thank you quentin2121 for your reply, I looked but there really is no button to keep the file... There are plenty of options to offer, delete, etc. but not to save... I will check if there’s a folder as it might already be on mobile... I’ll let you know.

I know it's expensive but it's still a nearly unattainable book about an artist and in paper format it cost 36 euros without shipping costs so... I wanted to try Google Play since it intrigued me.

if there is the option to gift and send by email, you send it to your address, and you will have the file ;) happy May 1st!
