Issue with dual monitor (laptop)

Hello,
I'm posting this question because I'm having a problem with my laptop. When I connect it with a VGA or HDMI cable to another screen, I have dual screens, but when I launch Minecraft on the other screen, my crosshair moves by itself slowly, which is strange. Thank you for providing a reply to this.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 44.0.2403.133

    yes, it's normal
    it's happened to me before too
    you need to connect to your second screen and at the same time check if there are any new updates on Windows Update
