Hello,
The screen of my Wiko stays black when I receive a call, so I can't answer it. Otherwise, it works normally. Thank you for your response.
Configuration: Windows / Internet Explorer 11.0

Thank you for your reply.
My phone is a Wiko Lenny 3.
I turned it off, I removed the battery, and it’s still the same. Either the screen remains black, the ringtone goes off but I’m unable to answer the call, meaning I have to call my correspondent back each time, or the screen is not yet asleep, the phone rings but I can't answer the call without going through the phone icon, then requesting access to the keypad, and only then can I get the icon that allows me to take the call.
Thank you for your help.

When the phone rings, it stays black. Press the button as if to turn it off, and then a small phone appears at the bottom left. Slide it up with your finger, and it will form a bigger phone that you can tap, and then you have the call.
