Blue spot on Samsung screen

Hello,
I have a Samsung Series 5 TV for almost 2 years now, and since yesterday I suddenly noticed a sort of blue spot or mark on the screen that bothers me because it changes the colors. Does anyone know what it is and how to fix the problem?

Is it possible to repair it? Or should I just get a new one?
