SILVERCREST SND3600 C2 Slide Scanner

Hello everyone. Could you help me install a SILVERCREST SND3600 C2 slide scanner? I'm using the installation disk provided with the equipment (setup). The following message appears: "this scanner does not support film type and color/brightness adjustment functions." At 78 years old, I have a good part of my life in stock that I can no longer view. I just bought this new equipment and have no solution to make it work even though it is supposed to be compatible with Windows 10 and Vista, which I have. You see, my computer skills are limited, and I would say that something is missing that I can't identify. I can't be the only one encountering this problem.
