    You must not get the language wrong.
    Let me explain, if you try to create an account on the American Apple Store for example and you enter your French details, it won’t work. The same goes if you randomly enter American information.

    So, you might want to detail your issue more.

      I can't download from the App Store; when I try to download, I'm asked to complete the information. I'm in Guinea, and there's no street name or postal code here. What should I do?
