Silvercrest SVG 2.0 and Windows 10

Hi,
I was just given an acquisition key for the Silvercrest SVG 2.0 A2 VHS. I've installed the driver, the software... done all the connections, but nothing is coming through.
In the software, I can only see my webcam. I can't get the acquisition from the VCR to work.
I think it might be a Windows 10 issue (but why do I have the webcam working then?)...
Otherwise, I'm at a loss.
Does anyone have a solution? A driver? Anything?

      I'm looking for an "alternative" solution :)
      because I haven't found anything in it.

      It's supported up to Windows 8.
      Yes, but the key is quite recent and my computer is too.
      And then, is it a compatibility issue?
      Because it works very well with the webcam.
      It's just that it can't find the VCR.
