My LENOVO laptop won't turn on.

Hello,

Suddenly, when trying to charge the battery, it won't turn on;
I only have a orange light (charging indicator) that flashes 3 times, then nothing.
It's a netbook that I bought new less than a year ago.
I suspect the female power jack might be unsoldered (due to cable twisting).
What should I do?

    Good evening,

    It wasn't the charger.
    It was the power connector of the laptop that was damaged.
    It was enough to find the right position to charge the battery.
    If the orange LED flashed 3 times, it meant that the battery was completely discharged.
    I just need to go to a technician to resolder the connector (a delicate but feasible operation).

      I have the same issue, but when I plug my laptop into the charger, it turns on but the battery just doesn't charge, so I was wondering if you were also able to use your computer when it was plugged in or not at all????

        Hello,

        Yes, normally the PC should work just with the charger and without the battery.
