Good evening,
I have a problem with my phone that I can't resolve. I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 that turns off, and when I turn it back on, a message appears: "A custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications.
If you want to download a custom OS, press the volume down key to cancel.
Volume up: continue
Volume down: cancel (restart phone)"
I should mention that when I turn it back on, the screen stays stuck on the writing even when I try to boot (power+home+volume down button)
I don't know what to do; I'm afraid of making a wrong move! If someone has a solution, thank you in advance!
