Rust won't launch (HELP!)

Hello everyone, and thank you for reading my message and possibly helping me.
So, my problem is as follows:
I bought Rust at its first release, everything was working fine, but when the game took a new turn, I couldn't launch it. On Steam, when I launch it, nothing happens, not even a black screen, NOTHING.
However, when I launch it directly from the game files, this happens

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling .NET Framework, even tried repairing it, but nothing works.

if your system is 64-bit, please make sure to mention the version

I didn't quite understand what you're asking me. Yes, I am on 64 bit and therefore I cannot install the version you sent because it's too old.
