Hello,
I often have a "quick access" program that starts somehow, doesn't work anymore, and blocks a right panel on part of the screen.
Can someone tell me where it comes from, what it’s for, and what to do to either make it work or remove it if it’s not useful?

    Hello,

    You're on Windows 10, I assume

    quick access might be an Acer program or a malware

    In the case of malware
    -First disable the process
    Right-click on the taskbar then task manager
    If you don't see the menu click on --► more details
    In the Processes tab, select --►quickaccess.exe
    Right-click --► End task
    In the Startup tab, if you see it right-click on it then Disable

    Uninstallation
    Right-click on the Start button --► Control Panel
    Programs --► Uninstall a program
    Uninstall --► Internet Quick Access
    Restart the PC

    Cleaning
    Run adwcleaner
    Scan + delete everything it found
    Restart the PC

    If still present
    Run malwarebytes
    Scan + delete
    Restart the PC
