Detecting my Galaxy J3 with my PC

Hello,
I still have the same problem, my PC does not recognize my Galaxy J3. However, when I go to "Devices and Printers," I can see it there, but I can't open it.... When I try, a window pops up showing me my phone's properties and that's it; I don't know what to do. Thank you to anyone who is willing to help me because I've been having this problem for a while now..

    It's not a file transfer problem, Papounet17000!
    You need to install the corresponding driver for your Galaxy J3 on your PC via the Device Manager.
