Error E007 on Canon IR2018

Hello,
I have an error code E007 on my IR2018 printer, I saw on forums that it was related to the "fuser fixing film" which I ordered and changed, but in the videos I found, there was some kind of paste to clean and replace. Not knowing what it was, I concluded it might be thermal paste (which I feel is not the case after all) and I applied some.
Upon restarting, the error code persists.
Is there a specific position for placing this film? I saw that there is a sensor (which I haven't found) that is supposed to detect the white area on the film but I don't know how to position it.
