Hello,
I am using InDesign 2017 for the first time today, everything went well until I looked at the preview and realized that a large frame is still there!!
Let me explain: when I created the document, there was a "margins and columns" section, I put "2" to have text in symmetry: so I initially had a blank page with two columns in a large frame, with pink-purple gradients (do you see which one I'm talking about??). And there's no way to make it disappear now, I can't set "0 columns." I can't even select it, it's as if it were embedded in the original document...
I hope you have an answer for me, I'm afraid I might have to redo everything T-T thanks
Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 10.0.3

Normally, guides and marks are not printed or included in the PDF recording... (unless expressly requested!)
The "screen mode" command in the taskbar should make them disappear as well as the block outlines if you check the "preview" mode instead of "normal".
But you can also remove everything in the "page/margins and columns" menu by setting the margins to 0mm. -
If you are talking about the pink frame on the page, it represents the margin from the edge of the sheet.
Moreover, you should see that the column markers at the top and bottom do not extend to the edge of the page but stop at the edge of the frame.
