Hello, I have had a Razer Kraken Chroma 7.1 headset for about a year now, and I’m very happy with it except for the cable, which has been tangling and twisting since I got it... Being a braided cable, it is stiff, and it's not convenient when I wear it. Do you have any tips to make it smooth and prevent it from twisting?

Good evening,
start by unplugging your headphones, then let them hang by simply holding the jack; your headphones will start to spin... wait until they stop by themselves.
This will already make things better.
Next, DO NOT WRAP the cable around the headphones or AROUND YOUR HAND... every time you do this, the cable twists... a typical case... our dear wives who wrap the cord around the iron... within a few months, the cord is completely twisted!!
