Hello,
My laptop is an ASPIRE E1-430, Windows 10 version
After various searches, I found that, without a mouse, Alt A allows selection, but it selects all the text.
I would like to know how to select a single word or a group of words in WORD and on internet texts, like selecting and dragging icons on the desktop or even files.
Working without copy and paste is impossible.
I would also like to know the basic usage of the keyboard keys.
I hope someone will be willing to help me.
See you soon
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 56.0.2924.87

Hello,
I don't quite understand your question... First of all, it's ctrl + A that allows you to select all the text... Secondly, "Working without copy and paste is impossible.", this phrase makes no sense...
To select a group of words, just right-click with the mouse or the trackpad, and drag over the word while holding down... After that, a simple ctrl + c will do! And to paste, ctrl + V...
It is possible to select a portion of text like this: place the cursor, Ctrl + Shift with a direction key, but it's far from practical... That's why there are mice (and trackpads)!
"So I would like to know how to select a single word or a group of words in WORD and on internet texts, like selecting and dragging desktop icons or even files."
If you want us to help you, you need to be clearer and speak correct French with subjects, verbs, and complements; otherwise, we understand nothing...
If I understand correctly, you want to move text as we move images? You won't be able to move it on the desktop, that's not possible... However, you can move it "like images". To do this, you select the word, right-click and drag over the word without letting go, then you release, and right-click on the word again, hold down, and you can move the word...
"I would also like to know the basic usage of keyboard keys."
If by this poorly-worded language you mean you want to learn keyboard shortcuts, feel free! Just know that there are many of them, and few are really useful. Today, it's essential to have a mouse (or a trackpad), we're not in the 1960s anymore!
Among the most well-known:
ctrl + c : copy
ctrl + v : paste
ctrl + x : cut
ctrl + g : bold (in Word)
ctrl + i : italic (in Word)
ctrl + u : underline (in Word)
ctrl + s : save
windows key : open the start menu
ctrl + alt + delete : open the emergency menu
alt + tab : see open windows and switch windows
a non-exhaustive list exists here:

Buying a mouse will spare you many troubles, it costs practically nothing... If you still want to save, second-hand mice are free...
Hoping to have helped you ;)
