Select a paragraph without a mouse

Hello,

I would like to copy and paste a paragraph but I don't have a mouse on my laptop. How can I select it to then copy and paste? I can't manage to select multiple lines without the mouse, thank you.

    to select a paragraph, just press ctrl+a that's it ;)
