Hello,
I bought an Acer PC with Windows 10. I set up my account, the name, password, as an administrator, etc...
However, something is happening: my account is no longer an administrator, replaced by an account
""defaultuser0" that I did not create and that asks me for a password (which I obviously did not create) for every operation I want to perform, even to delete a shortcut, for example....
I don't quite understand.
If someone can give me information and help me get out of this situation.
Thank you
Configuration: Configuration: Windows / Firefox 51.0

Hello,
See this link: https://www.malekal.com/supprimer-defaultuser0-de-passe-windows-10/
In particular, you can create a local account with a Live CD if you no longer have access to anything at all: https://www.malekal.com/retrouver-acces-compte-administrateur-windows/
Otherwise, you'll need to reset Windows 10 again.
