Selling your artwork at 16

Hello,

I am 16 years old and I draw well, and I have done some paintings. What I would like to know is if there is a way to sell some of my artworks online to make some pocket money.

    Selling your drawings is not forbidden, the first question to resolve is that you are a minor; your parents just need to manage an account for you, otherwise, many sites won't want a minor for money transactions. In principle, it's the same outside the internet too.

    If you draw well, visit galleries and dealers of prints/drawings. There's little chance that you'll sell something (although... that could be a big win), but you'll start to get known in the field.
    A potential client is more likely to buy if they research and realize that you're not completely unknown; it actually takes a long time to make a name for yourself.
    And most importantly, you'll receive feedback from professionals to guide you and help you improve.

      Thank you, I think I'm going to do that, ask my parents to open an account on a specialized website and start selling my drawings.

    If you draw well, I think you won't have any trouble selling them, but where to sell them? I'm not sure about that... Maybe on a special site? Have you looked into it already?

      Yes, I have already looked for websites, there are plenty, but they all require me to be of legal age.
