Hello,
I just bought a Panasonic VIERA TX-32DS500E LCD/LED Smart TV (32").
I would like to have the RTBF Belgium app to watch my on-demand shows on my TV.
However, while searching online, I realize that only Samsung and Sony have agreements with RTBF for the RTBF AUVIO app.
Is it possible to install a new app on a Smart TV? If so, how?
I tried to go to the RTBF/Auvio website online, but even there the videos won't start.

Hello and welcome,
When it comes to applications, manufacturers and broadcasters do as they please, and you can only download what Panasonic offers you, and you cannot go to the channel's website, you're missing a "viewer" and the download will be blocked, that's why the videos won't start.
Not that smart, these TVs, huh?
