Hello everyone, I just bought an HP laptop and I find it very slow when I'm on the internet. The processor: Intel Celeron CPU N3060 @ 1.60GHz 1.60GHz Memory (RAM) 4 GB (3.85 GB usable) What should I do?? Thank you in advance,

Hello, the PC you have isn't very fast to begin with (Intel Celeron), but when you say it's slow on the internet, does it take time to load web pages, or is it really the computer that becomes slow? In one case, it's more about the internet connection, in the other, it's the computer. To "speed up" the computer a bit, you can do some cleaning with CCleaner, you can also uninstall pre-installed applications by the manufacturer that unnecessarily use the computer. Then there are a few software programs to speed up the computer by disabling features in Windows that aren't needed (I personally use Advanced SystemCare, the best is to have the pro version, but the free one can already help).

Hi Try this, if it can help boost your big calculator. Control Panel\All Control Panels\Power Options: set it to "High performance" Disable the Windows Search indexing service, it's good for finding files quickly, but it takes up resources. Disable all visual stuff: Windows + r and type: SystemPropertiesAdvanced In the "Performance" box click the "Settings" button Select "Adjust for best performance" and at the bottom, uncheck "Smooth edges of screen fonts" and you can also leave "Show thumbnails instead of icons" Modify the programs that launch at startup Windows + r type msconfig tab "Startup" at the bottom check "Hide all Microsoft services...." and in the list above uncheck everything except antivirus. Hi, the "entry-level" laptops to absolutely avoid as I remind you in this FAQ. Mobile Celerons are really very weak for Windows 10: I had the opportunity to test one from this series. If I were you, I would exercise my right of withdrawal and choose a decent model (at least €400 with an Intel Pentium N3710 / N4200 or AMD A4-7210 / A6-7310 at minimum) and 4 GB of RAM. The alternative is to turn it into a less demanding GNU/Linux PC. Feedback on the proposed solutions is always appreciated, whether they helped you resolve your issue or not.
