Bonjour, I would like to know the keyboard shortcut to increase or decrease the volume on my laptop.

Since you don't provide enough information about your PC, I'll tell you how I do it on mine.
I use the "fn" + "f11" key to lower the volume and "fn" + "f12" key to raise the volume.
On the "f11" key, there is a symbol of a speaker with a sound wave.
On the "f12" key, there is a symbol of a speaker with three sound waves.
