Hello,
I have a Nostalgia Big Ben turntable but the volume no longer works: I have to turn the knob all the way up just to barely hear the sound. Whether it's on CD, radio, or turntable: there's practically no sound... what should I do? Thank you for your response.

    Hello,
    There is certainly a component that is "failing" in the amplifier.
    The best thing is to take your device to a specialist who will know how to fix it. In this regard, do ask for a quote... even if you have to pay for it.

      Oh okay. It probably isn't worth getting it repaired given the purchase price (€90). Thanks anyway.

    it might be best not to have it repaired because it could cost as much as the device itself.. and a quote (if we don't repair the item) costs between 35 and 50 euros
