Blurry and pixelated brush!

Hello, I don't know why I made a mistake, but my brushes and my blurs are pixelated as if there was noise in them; I don't understand... it has nothing to do with a resolution problem or anything... if someone has an idea?

    There must be an option or a merge mode checked inadvertently
    but without seeing the whole screen and the panels, it's impossible to spot
