Hello to everyone who will be willing to respond to me. I bought a used C4 Aircross whose Bluetooth is completely blocked. I would appreciate your help to unblock it. Thank you in advance while waiting for your response.

    Hi

    You need to reset the car radio to restore it to factory settings. There is a tiny hole either on the front panel or behind the front panel of the car radio. Using a pin or a paperclip, press the button located in this tiny hole and your car radio should be operational again on the Bluetooth side.

    You will need to redo all the settings you had configured.
