Messenger temporarily blocked

Hello,

I tried to reconnect him to Messenger, unfortunately a message appears saying that I went too fast, he is currently "temporarily" blocked, and I'm afraid he might really be blocked, I don't know what to do, it's been 2 days.

    The Facebook FAQ is not very clear on this matter... Just that it can take several days and that no one can lift the block.

    You just have to wait.
